Peer Mentoring and Departmental Support Group Initiative

This initiative seeks enhance and expand the effectiveness of the E3 program by using faculty/peer student-mentoring program to develop departmental support groups' lead by faculty and upper class E3 students. The goal is to build on the success of the Summer Bridge Program and the first year academic enhancements of the E3 Program, through a structured process of faculty engagement and interaction between first year and upper-class E3 students.
